Assessments are often used for legal or medical purposes. Along with assessments and evaluations, we also offer complete treatment programs and support groups from an integrated, holistic perspective. Below is a list of our most common assessments. Cost:
We believe that we are the most affordable office anywhere in Florida for assessments and evaluations. The price includes the initial assessment and the written report with diagnosis if applicable. Cost varies depending on the type of assessment. The time for each assessment varies considerably and ranges from 1-5 hours. Many of our evaluations can be completed online and are available to anyone within the state of Florida. We have physical and/or virtual offices in: Orlando, Miami, Tampa, Ft. Myers, Ft. General Information:
All of our assessments and evaluations are completed in a timely fashion. We can usually schedule assessment appointments within days of your call. All of our evaluations are completed in a comfortable and completely confidential environment.
Any therapy or follow-up that may be required can also be completed here at Total Health Guidance. We offer a full line of counseling services, nutritional support, acupuncture, medical massage, and support groups.
Court Testifying / Expert Witness:
The licensed professional Mental Health Counselors at Total Health Guidance can testify in court or be used as expert witnesses to defend any assessment or evaluation that they have completed. Members of our team have been deemed expert witnesses in county, circuit, and federal courts. Fees for court testifying are $200/hour and there is a 3 hour minimum.
